A boudoir shoot is an experience that will transform the way you see yourself. It’s a celebration of sensuality, empowering you to love your body, no matter where you are in your journey. Between work, kids, carpools and remembering to get your oil changed – life gets pretty hectic! I truly feel that every woman deserves to take a break from the hustle of life, be a little selfish, indulge and do something fun outside of her comfort zone! When is the last time you felt feminine, powerful and sexy?! This is why boudoir photography is a passion of mine.
ARE YOU WONDERING IF YOU CAN LOOK LIKE THIS? Yes, the women in these photos are gorgeous! But realizing their beauty does not mean you should be questioning yours. These are everyday women just like you and I — wives, mothers, nurses, teachers, business professionals, and more. These women have all in some way been where you are right now. They felt the gitters. They had the doubts. But, they made a choice to put aside those fears, their negative self talk, their mom guilt — and took the next step towards feeling more confident in their bodies just as they are. And guess what? What’s on the outside should reflect on the inside, so the most important tip for choosing what to wear during your session is to pick something you feel confident in. Choose options ranging from sassy lingerie to his button down shirt and cuff links. If you’re feeling extra brave, you can opt to wear nothing at all for “implied nude” photos! We will capture tasteful, beautiful and flattering poses. Whatever you choose, I want you to feel beautiful and confident. Staying true to yourself is the most beautiful look of all!

A babydoll is a feminine and delicate short, sleeveless and lose fitting nightgown. They can be super romantic and are the perfect lingerie for feeling effortlessly gorgeous.

Hey there, you bombshell with those killer curves. Corsets will cinch your waist and give you an hourglass shape. Think of the eightieth century where the women wore corsets on the daily- they can be hard to put on, but don't worry- I can help you!

Bodysuits are one piece stretch garments that are super popular and very flattering especially if you are more on the conservative side, or you're wanting to leave your partner (if this is a gift for him/her of course) yearning for more.

When shopping for these, proper fit is super important. Be careful of push up bras, because sometimes they can make you look unnatural. Make sure the area of your armpit is smooth and you are not spilling out of the cups. That makes it more flattering on camera.

How about that hot yoga class you’ve been meaning to try? The better you feel, the better you’ll look.
3-6 months
no. 01 |
Schedule any beauty appointments. Hair and makeup is provided on the day!
If you are bringing your own lingerie, give yourself lots of time to shop for something that makes you feel confident and gorgeous in.
1 month
no. 02 |
If you get waxed (bikini, lip, brow—whatever your normal routine is), make sure it's at least a few days prior to your session to make sure any redness or irritation has subsided.
Drink plenty of water for that of so beautiful & flawless skin.
1 Week
no. 03 |
Take a long bubble bath to relax. Listen to calming music. Meditate or do some yoga.
Try on outfits and narrow down your wardrobe selection.
Moisturize your skin all over before bedtime.
Most important of all: Get a good night’s sleep!
Day Before

Use a clear deodorant.
Wear LOSE and comfortable clothing prior to arrival. This ensures there are no creases or marks from tight fitting clothing on your skin.
Eat something light but filling.
When you arrive for your appointment, we’ll provide you with your beverage choice: water, tea or even a little bubbly (mimosa, por favor) to soothe those nerves.

A great tip to prepare yourself for your empowerment boudoir photoshoot, is to write down exactly why you are doing this.
Maybe it's to find self-love and to embrace your body or to give a milestone gift to your partner. Whatever the reason, your photoshoot is an amazing celebration of these reason, and you deserve it!

Make yourself a music playlist! Add all your favourite songs that you love and you can jam to during the photoshoot. Don't have a playlist, no worries.. I've got lots to choose from!

Feeling nervous before your photoshoot is completely normal. Words have a lot of power, so I highly recommend to come up with a mantra for yourself. Practice your affirmation in front of the mirror. You can say something like-
"I am beautiful", or "I love my body".
Say it out loud, and believe it, because girl- it's definitely true!

WILL MY BOUDOIR IMAGES BE POSTED ONLINE?
I've totally got you covered there. I know all the tips and tricks to create the most flattering angles for women of all shapes and sizes. Don't you worry about posing, I'll help you pose everything from your head to your toes.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW TO POSE?
Yes, your portraits are fully edited by removing any bruises, scratches, skin blemishes, cleaning up fly away hairs and I do minor/light skin softening. I will NEVER EVER alter your body as that is not what a empowering boudoir session is about. It's about loving the skin you are in. I want you to look back on these in 10+ years and say “That's what I look like and I'm damn proud I did this for myself.”
Do you do touchups?
Depending on how quickly you choose your final images, you will receive them within the week. You product can take up to 3-4 weeks to be delivered after that.
How long will it take to recieve my images?
