Motherhood is never picture-perfectβand honestly? Thatβs what makes it so worth documenting.
Between the giggles and the meltdowns, the shy hugs and the chaos of trying to wrangle a toddler into place, thereβs a raw kind of beauty that deserves to be seen. Thatβs why I love hosting Motherβs Day mini sessions in my Spring Hill studio.
This yearβs sessions were filled with wild hair, tiny hands, snack bribes, and real-deal connection. Some families came with just one babe, others with three generations in tow. It was loud. It was fast. It was tender. And it was everything I hoped it would be.

Thereβs something extra meaningful about photographing moms. Most of the time, youβre the one behind the camera or holding it all together. These minis are your chance to show up and be in the photosβeven if your toddler refuses to wear shoes or someone has jelly on their face.
Hereβs what I aim to give every mama during these sessions:
β¨ Quick but powerful moments β You only need 15 minutes to make magic happen. I keep things moving and stress low, so all you have to do is show up and love on your people.
β¨ Access to the client closet β Soft, flattering, photo-ready pieces you can borrow to feel pulled together (even if it was a miracle you made it out the door on time). Just let me know in advance if you want to use it!
β¨ A chance to feel seen β Whether you’re celebrating your first Mother’s Day or showing up with grandbabies in tow, I want you to feel cherished, celebrated, and beautiful.
β¨ Room for chaos β Toddlers were running, babies were teething, someone definitely dropped a snack behind the backdropβand we still got stunning images. Real life is welcome here.

I designed the studio with real moms in mind. Itβs neutral, cozy, and styled simply so nothing distracts from what matters most: you and your people. Thereβs no worrying about weather, bugs, or wind. Just soft textures, beautiful light, and space to breathe.
And the best part? You get to relax. Youβre not hosting, you’re not entertaining. You get to show up and be presentβand that alone is worth celebrating.

Moms are so often the memory keepers. The ones behind the camera. The glue holding it all together.
These sessions are a chance to flip that script.
To step into the frame.
To be seen, celebrated, and captured as you.
To be remindedβyouβre doing an incredible job.

This yearβs minis filled up fastβand then I had a waitlist. That tells me one thing loud and clear: moms want to be in the frame. They want this moment captured. Theyβre done waiting for the βperfectβ time.
So hereβs your sign.

Motherhood is messy. It’s sacred. It’s loud and quiet all at once. And it deserves to be remembered.
